I had a great visit. Came in with severe pain in my wrist and thought I might done some serious damage. Dr. Elena took time to listen to me and identified the issue immediately. She recommended I take an OTC pain reliever to reduce inflammation and gave me a wrist brace. Within in 24 hours, I was totally pain-free, has full range of motion back. I still wear the brace periodically to avoid inflaming the nerves again, but I’m so happy to get back to normal.
