What Should I Expect During My DOT Physical?
CDL physicals are routine procedures, and there’s no need to be nervous! During your examination, your doctor will assess your vision, hearing, blood pressure, overall physicality, and take a urine sample. This is a basic fitness exam meant to screen for issues that may disrupt or prevent you from safely driving.
To prepare for your exam, please stay hydrated, avoid coffee, and take your daily medications as prescribed. Bring your driver’s license and any visual or auditory aids. This exam is pass or fail and nonrefundable.
