If you are coming driving from Eastern Long Island (Suffolk County):

• Take the Grand Central Parkway to exit 35S.
• As you head South, stay on the left fork whick is 107S going towards Hicksville.
• Continue South for a half-mile past the intersection with Old Country Road.
• Statcare is 0.5 mile south of Old Country Road on the right hand side in the same complex as the Citgo gas station.

If you are coming driving from NYC towards Nassau or Suffolk County, Long Island:

• Take LIE (I-495) Expressway going to Eastern Long Island
• Take exit 41S toward NY-106/107 South going to Hicksville.
• As you head South, stay on the left fork whick is 107S going towards Hicksville.
• Continue South for a half-mile past the intersection with Old Country Road.
• Statcare is 0.5 mile south of Old Country Road on the right hand side in the same complex as the Citgo gas station.

If you are coming driving from Queens towards Nassau County, Long Island:

• Take the LIE (I-495) Expressway going to Eastern Long Island
• Take exit 41S toward NY-106/107 S going to Hicksville.
• Merge onto South Marginal Rd.
• Turn right at N Broadway.
• As you head South, stay on the left fork whick is 107S going towards Hicksville.
• Continue South for a half-mile past the intersection with Old Country Road.
• Statcare is 0.5 mile south of Old Country Road on the right hand side in the same complex as the Citgo gas station.

• From Hillside Ave + Springfield Blvd take the N22 Jamaica-Mineola-Roosevelt Field-Hicksville Bus towards N22 LIRR Station via Hillside Ave/via Westbury Avenue going towards Hicksville (headed East)

• Take the A,C, or E train to 34th Street Penn Station or Take the 1,2,3 train to 34 Street Herald Square and walk to Penn Station and 34th street
• Then from Penn Station take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) going to Ronkonkoma and get off at the Hicksville station.
• From the Hicksville station it is a 1.6 mile distance.
• You can take a short cab ride - taxi's are readily available at the station Or you can choose to walk from Hicksville LIRR railroad as follows:
• Head south on Newbridge Road toward Duffy Avenue
• Turn left at Duffy Ave
• Turn left at Herzog Place
• Turn right on South Broadway
• Walk to 412 South Broadway (same complex as Citgo gas station)
